. Very few people will recognize the script from the original valve covers , but I do and that's all that matters haha. mission accomplished .
I've seen that script somewherre but just can't remember where?

Excellent job and well worth it.

You have done a brilliant job on everything so far, that engine choice is right on. Was that a new engine or did it come from a wreck.

Been looking for someone to do the bodywork and paint on this since January , and with numerous promises and no shows I finally got fed up up and did it myself. Not show car quality but I am happy with the results. I was quoted 5K by a local resto shop for the minimal work needed to do the doors, door jambs and rear quarters. I saw their work at a recent car show and would say I wasn't to far off on the job done for about $500 including gas to the city 3 times for supplies. Just happy to get the bodywork behind me and on to the final mating of body to frame to continue on with the fun stuff

:)

Another milestone yesterday! Put the body back on for the last time :)
I was losing interest in the project having to deal with the bodywork for the last year. The one thing that don't like doing at all.
The minimal work that needed to be done can have easily been achieved by a veteran body man in less than a week!
But now that is behind me , I can continue on with the final assembly of everything. (which I enjoy).
Thanks for looking

Lee: Hopefully, you've used all the extra time to save up for more tires, because I think you're won't be lasting too long with a TT 5.0 COYOTE:)

Not really. It was a busy summer for work . Just got back to it in the last week .
Mostly boring stuff including bleeding brakes, plumbing hydro boost / rack , and spent way too much time building a sliding battery box in the trunk that probably isn't necessary. lol

Thought I would post some updates for those interested in the build threads.
I did a little more body work on the front fenders , The weird curves and angles had me baffled how to proceed.
I ended up just making little slivers and joined them together to achieve the look I wanted. I'm happy with it as it will be mostly covered by the front bumper anyway.

I also plumbed in my Hydro boost/PS to the trunk mounted pump, bled the brakes for the 10th time, and measured my wheel size/backspace options. Wheels and tires are on order finally too. I took my side and vent windows into the glass shop yesterday ,hoping they can turn them around soon , because there are a lot of screws and adjustments to re install them and I know in a weeks time I will forget how to assemble them again. Getting new rubber for the tracks and such is also proving to be a challenge.
Now Im procrastinating building some side panels inside the trunk so I can start laying down the sound deadening mat so I can start some of the wiring.
Thats all for now. Not exciting stuff but ,its all part of eating the elephant.
thanks for looking
