The blue one I did the assembly after machine shop did their work. The other one is a hopped 218 Flathead in an old Plymouth that is still driven by ….. he has to be in his late 80s now

I didn't post on this thread but nailheads I had. I could not get the 6 carb setup to work on the 401 & I will not do fake with running on two carbs. Not worth mentioning the sbc & sbf's but a 3 carb 0n a flat Dodge six many yrs ago. Lots of regrets & a tri on a 292 Y block.

Cowl vent induction, Chev used one too on a few of their BBC big Chevies, Nascar option. Just as good as the cowl hood.

It was an option on 67/68 Z28 and even went back to the Z16. If you can find one today for the Camaros, they run around 5 grand. I built one for my 62 Cutlass and it looked factory.

Here are a couple; The Green Gasser BBC I rebuilt...this was a riot...I really enjoy reading details and matching the parts. The next picture is the Model T I am currently working on. The Cadillac 472 is still "original" and will get opened up for a freshen up as the build continues. All in fun

Engine set up looks great..just be careful when you are setting up the TV cable on the 700. You can fry that tranny quicker than you can say..” what’s that noise” if you don’t have the adjusted right…good stuff.
