Lee, I have a great Bug project here if interested. Stock 56/57 sheet metal, yes little oval window, no pan sitting on a shortened S10 chassis for a v8.
 
Maybe the Interior guys can remember the '53 VW spit window that sat on the north side of the old hotel in Grand Forks for years? Who got it?

You may hate them, lots of work to do this.

Got to start really looking at these carefully as AI is now rampant in doing these.
