That's wierd Lee. I've had 23 emails already from it. Just a thought though: As the form comes up as a pop up, maybe the browser is blocking.
Try this just for the heck of it: Right click on it and select "open in new tab"

58chev, had an issue with reCAPTCHA spam control on the main site email form. Fixed. Thanks for the heads up.

God I thought I was getting cut out of the $100K but I went on my laptop and managed to get through so feel pretty good now.
Should be able to finish the Comet now!!
