If you're just at the thinking stage and would consider a steel car, take a look at the 31 Vicky in the cars for sale section. I have seen this car in person. It's all there and running and would be no hassle to register as a 31. A fiberglass car may (and I'm not sure about this) have to be registered as new and meet all the specs for new cars.
