South Beach Car Show

Sunday I went to the South Beach Spring Car Show. It was a great show, entrants got free breakfast and lunch for 2 and a free TShirt. There was 7 draws for $100, I won one. Cheifs pic of the show was the charcoal 49-51 Merc with the vette grille. Very nice car. Rain held off till the end but most going back to Winnipeg got the downpour.

There was a lot of nice rides. The Plymouth business coupe was a favorite, new build, interior was very nice. Also the charcoal Merc was new to Manitoba shows.

Yes I agree nice show My two favorites have to be the GTO and the 409 it looks like an original car

The 64 GTO belongs to a friend of mine. He has a few more nice cars. The 409 is not an original. He has a few 409 motors and 348 motors. The car also has a 4 speed. He has amost everything to clone this one. I was at his place a few years back, he must have 20 pairs of 409/348 valve covers on the wall. Nothing for sale.
