The one listed as "prevailing torque nut" looks like what I always referred to as a "stover nut".

Another nut not shown is what I call a "deep nut" or "high nut". They are also available in some sizes with a nylock insert. They are fine thread and of softer steel than a grade 8 nut but with the additional thread length will take grade 8 level torque without striping.
