What a great trip. We had a wonderful time and have some great memories. I can't say enough good about it. Great people, alot of fun, wonderful scenery. I am so happy that we went and would do it again.
Thank you A&W.
Frank and Judy- Thank you so much what a great job. It was great traveling with everyone and spending time to get to know each other. We have been on the power tour and had alot of fun, but on this it was more personal and we saw more than just cars.
Thanks Frank for letting us know about Rick. If anyone sees Rick and Samual please tell them Joan and Bruce send our best.
( Frank and A&W) I hear the Carolina's are great to see.
Moe thanks for the hugs.
Joan

I'll second that, it was absolutely fantastic, it will be hard not to say too much to people here without boring them, but hey I can always embalish it a bit eh:D.

But right now I'm going to cut out some Zzzzzeds for an hour or 2, I hope I wake up in time for dinner tonight, hahahaha, my mate and his wife who have been looking after the place for us while we have been away are cooking a roast pork, yum yum and crackling:)

Does this mean you are back home? Sorry i missed you last Friday evening, I had a bad day with the back and just wasn't up to going out. Hope you return again to our great country.

Yes Brian home again and back at work, oh well I guess I need the money for the next trip.

I was also sorry we missed seeing you, maybe next time eh. There sure are some nice folks around your way there and I ran into a couple of your friends who told me you were suffering with your back, have you tried accupuncture at all, it did nothing for me when I needed it but I believe it works for some people.

All the best with your back and look after yourself.

Cheers, John

John

i bumped into a young girl who met u on the cabot trail & asked how the drive home was

hope all is well

I will echo what Joan and John have said and repeat thanks to Frank and Judy for a great, well organized trip.
We left group part way to Plattsburgh and were escorted thru scenic backroads of Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire and New York by Richard and Linda (56 T Bird). Thanks Richard and Linda for hospitality.
During our trip home we did see the elusive Canadian moose, however he was a little bit lost as he was in Maine -- crossed the road a couple of cars ahead of us on his way back home.
After a stop at Niagara Falls we cut back thru US and were home by Friday. Highlight for kids on way home was stopping at "Dog River", Saskatchewan where Corner Gas is filmed.
Except for noisy bushing (which we quickly quitened with a bit of grease in Miramichi) our old Buick wagon ran flawlessly.
Again, great time--when's the next trip????

You wouldn't read about it but we stopped for Gas at a way stop on our way to Buffalo through the U.S and ran into Richard and Linda just as we were pulling out, they were already parked and in the dinner so we went in to say giday, it sure is a small world.

Bruce I hope you told her we had to pick the car up in Hawaii and the tunnel is now cleared, hahahaha.
