.......Yup, it is... Its my truck and wagon. I didn't unload it or run it yesterday. They have a rule... No scooters, no skateboards, no bicycles...no exception except for gramma on her motorized chair. Appearantly they have had problems in the past.....

Looks like a great show and shine there Stan, thanks for setting the pictures up here. That Merc parked just beside your car and is in another photo on its own gets my attention having never seen one before, would that be an early Monteray or were they all like that.

The rule of no scooters etc is a good one I think.

....It a Canadian Meteor John. Basially a Ford with different trim. Only produced and sold only in Canada. They built them from 1949 till around 1968. Production numbers on them was fairly low so makes them a bit rare today. As they get older more people are seeking them as a unique item. But go south of the border into the states where they never sold them, and they consider them a bit of an odd ball and don't seem interested in them.
...Monarchs were Mercurys with different trim. They were produced from 1946 to into the early sixties. Same story as the Meteor for being unique.
...Ditto on Mercury trucks... 1946 thru 1968.....

...Heres a 1956 Meteor Crown Victoria that was also in Indian Head last week. How rare??? Only 201 of these were produced.......
...And thats the history lesson for today...:D
