My book says either a 73 Camaro/nova 145 hp 350 with a th trans or a 72 vette 200 hp 350 with a 4 spd...

Adding to MBog's info - CKW could also be 1976 - L48 4 speed Corvette

But

1= Chevrolet
3= 1973
N=Norwood
130083=production sequence

So, I'd say you have:

1973 with CKW code = 350 Auto, L65 145 hp 2 bbl used in F and X body cars
F is a Camaro, X is a Nova

This info is from the net that I gathered over the last few years.
