I will be running a Doug Nash next year and my reading has led me to planning on using a Long shifter. Any Doug Nash/Richmond guys on here with any experience on these trannys, your input on shifters or clutches would be appreciated

Make sure when you set up the linkages you use a left and right hand thread for finner adjustment. I saw a guy who I know blow a box because when they did a whole turn on the adjustment it was either too hard to get into gear or it didn't go right in properly, man that was an expencive bang when the box let go, it blew the casing and smashed all of the gears as well. Oh well we can only learn off of someone else's mistakes.

Rather his than mine because he has way more money than I do.

I ran that trans for years in my bbc chevelle and have lots of parts left over now that I'm going back on the street. Give me a call-- seven seven eight- 241- 660nine
