Places to go in Newfoundland & Labrador.
Dildo, Newfoundland and Labrador is a small fishing town with a population of just over 1,000 people.
The town was named after the nearby Dildo Island, which in turn was named by British explorer John Cabot in 1497.
The unusual name has made Dildo a popular tourist destination, and the town even has its own museum and gift shop.
If you ever visit, you can even get a "I love Dildo" T-shirt.
