Because of a contuing theme of being bored to death I decided that today was the day I was going to learn how to bake some bread,,but I settled on some buns instead. ( baby steps.) Since I am of Ukranian hearitage I thought I would try a bun my mother would make. It consists of a bun with sauerkraut inside. I forget the correct name. I googled ..bun with sauerkraut inside. Auto correct changed it to ...bum with sour cat inside. .in a few seconds several different sites came up...and none of them were about baking...ha.
