To break a stuck fastener(s) often requires serious levels of of force.
Plus as we age, that force diminshes.
Following is a ranking to find the right tool for the job.
This is not an exhaustive list by any means as we all might be able to add a tip or two or even fire to the equation.
In the end a BFH just might be the right tool.

I had to resort to this last week. Floor jack, piece of tube and pump away. Ir was either going to lift the truck or break the bolt loose. The two caliper bracket bolts are torqued to 203 lbs. plus there loctited.

I bought a "bolt buster" a couple years ago. Stripped a 1959 Mack right down to the bare frame and only broke one bolt and that was a 5/8" one that had no access to the nut to apply the heat. I also use it to anneal the case necks when reloading ammo. Would not want to be without it.
