Well you certainly couldn't get it built for that and l doubt you could do it yourself for much less . The biggest bonus is the bugs are worked out . Good luck finding it a new home .

That's a good question.
Unfortunately where we are going, no place to build another.
So that only can mean one thing......nothing.

Oh there are places one can rent, $500-$600 per month is out of the question.
or I could buy one of those "the stash" garages, but again at $295K plus monthly fees, nope.
And none of them are close by either.

And besides, "god" spoke to me and said no more please.

God spoke to you and said no more.?...damn good thing I’m not religious..eh...rumour has it...god has a hot rod...

Long story short version.
When I retired, I said I would not use any retirement funds so worked part time to keep the project going. Covid screwed one p/t job and the other one will be gone once we move from the area.
However, "god" seemed to be amicable towards a can-am spyder( and no it's not a motorcycle!), and little does "god" know that they can be modified with different exhaust, shocks/suspension, longer trailing arm, air bags and hear that someone has developed a turbo aftermarket kit. he,he,he, snicker, snicker.

I notice a lower case "g" Brian. Definitely good luck finding a buyer. You will.

Icongratulations on the sale…but I know it’s gotta sting a bit…bitter sweet.

Thank you. and yes, I was getting use to the idea of keeping it, even found a heated double garage with reasonable rent too. to store it.

will be carless by end of September.
Was thinking of changing my handle to "CFN".
(carless for now)
