Just purchased a 31 coupe. Any suggestions on what straight axle you would recommend for this rod conversion. Also would like to change
the rear axle. Any help on these two would be appreciated.

Mark that would depend on the style you would be building it? Gasser, street rod, or retro rod. The axle for one style might be straight while the others would be dropped. The retro rod would likely use an I beam, where the street version could use a tube axle. Many options. As for rear axles, depends what kind of power you plan to put through it. If lots, Ford 9" or something simular, the 8.8 inch is popular these days but the width is also a consideration. Just a few things to consider.
