Lyle Vass of Rods "N Restos held an open house today with free hot dogs, chips, water, pop and coffee along with door prizes.
His shop is out in the country, about 6.5 KMS south of Strathmore.

UPDATE: actually a real dual quad 427 upon a further look (clues: tubular cast iron headers and header bolts are vertically aligned vs horizontally or diagonally aligned)


He did work on this Effie and the guy backed out, so Lyle is trying to sell it.
All the metal work is done, with a few mocked up ideas for some modifications.

Very cool, I moved from strathmore back to BC shortly after he put up his sign a few years back now, never did get a chance to meet him.
 
Thanks for posting, Brian. Looks like a great turnout. I see the Marauder showed up. He was turned away at the Katz show earlier.
