Gert sent along some additional pics of his Morris. We asked him if he was going to keep it in "suede" or go shiny. Apparently, he's been asked this before.

His answer: "I am going to paint the car ... some day... Green on the bottom and silver on top. One change to that is I am going to overlap the green over the silver at the belt line with smaller flames starting at the front and getting longer and bigger towards the rear. then highlight with a purple or some other contrasting color pin stripe around the flames. I've seen this done on other cars, but the flames are usually going down and back. Mine will go up and back. I think it will look good. I've been getting a lot of positive feed on the grey & yellow primer look. Some say I should leave it like that. But I like 'em shiny."

Either way, it looks cool.
