Jeff Reid of Cold Lake Alberta

The new body (Wescott) ready to leave Calgary's Old Car Centre

"The boys" checkin' out the TCI frame (Gary Savage -FSRA Prez,
Doug Wozak and Jeff)

Jeff has brought the chassis together and is moving along with test fitting various bit and pieces. Jeff is undecided about the powerplant (flattie verus an available Vortec 350). More on that later.

Starting to look really good
Tranny is a 700 modified by himself with an 8" Ford out back. He has the colour selection down to two: "old Ford" sky blue or a "Cheez Whiz" orange (wow!) .He'll be running on steelies with babymoons and ribbed trim rings. Tires will be BF Goodrich T/As - 285 70 R15 rear and P185 75R15s front. He's planning on a Dan Fink windshield and grille.
The seat is out of a Caravan and "fits perfectly" says Jeff. Jeff would like the look to stay as close to the 50s look as he can. Note the 40 Ford dash which is a Wescott item.

We look forward to more from Jeff as things progress.
