Payment Terms
Payment in full is required prior to shipping by cheque or money order. Manufacturing on our Custom Series products upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Please call for additional details.
Shipping
Products are shipped FOB our manufacturing plant in Toronto, Ontario, Canada by ground transportation. There is no duty for U.S. shipments.
Guarantee
Merchandise is guaranteed free from defects in material and workmanship. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced subject to our inspection and approval. Performance Garages will not be liable for the use or misuse of any product we manufacture or sell.
Our liability will end with the repair or replacement if we find it to be defective.
Returns
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days ONLY with an authorization number from Performance Garages. The return authorization number will speed up the credit process. All goods approved for return must be shipped freight prepaid and no COD returns will be accepted. Product must be in NEW condition. All "accepted" items are subject to a 15% handling/restocking fee.
