$500 Early Registration Prize Draw!
It's no secret that the Sudbury Street Rod Association and the Sudbury Classic Cruisers have been tremendous supporters of Canadian Hot Rod Tour events. In support of this year's event, they are offering a $500 cash prize to the winner of The Early Registration Prize Draw which will be made at the Sunday evening banquet in Ottawa.

Basic requirements to win:
A Cruisin' The Capital Tour registration must have been received by The Canadian Hot Rod Tour by Friday April 27, 2012 and you must be an attendee at the Sunday evening Tour banquet.

A Reminder: You can "Drive a little or Drive a lot...". In other words, depending upon your schedule, you can participate in the whole event or single days only.

PROCEDURAL CHANGE REGARDING EVENT BANQUET

In the past, banquet fees have been collected separately during the event and turned over to the hotel. To streamline the collection of funds for those interested in attending the Sunday evening Event Banquet, an area has been added to the form where you can indicate the number attending and payment amount (based upon the per person cost) as part of the total.

Note: If you've not been on a Canadian Hot Rod Tour event before, the event banquet was added in 2009 as a way to bring everyone together in a "formal" (not that kind of formal) setting where we could enjoy dinner together, thank our sponsors and hand out prizes. It was a successful addition then and has become a regular part of the event.

The menu will be: Assorted Housemade Rolls and Bread, Garden Inn Salad with Various Dressings, Roasted Chicken with Basil Pesto Cream Sauce, Five Cheese Tortellini with Tomato Basil Sauce and Parmesan Cheese, Seasonal Vegetables, Pastries, Coffee/Tea. A cash bar will be available.

All funds collected are passed on to the hotel. There is no markup or proceeds to the Canadian Hot Rod Tour.

  • The basic registration fee entitles you to: Route plans and detailed driving instructions, group hotel rates *, participant windshield sticker, Tour t-shirt and eligibility for prizes.
