IMPORTANT NOTES - PLEASE READ:

  1. To safeguard that blocked rooms are being booked by Tour participants, we will be cross-referencing bookings against Tour registrations with the assistance of the host hotels. If we have not received a registration within a reasonable amount of time of room blocking, the room will be released back into the block. This will be strictly enforced to ensure that those planning on attending are guaranteed a room.
  2. IMPORTANT: Register with us and book rooms as soon as possible so that we can work with the hotels to expand the group blocks if necessary to meet our needs.
  3. If you have any difficulties booking a room or if you are told that the blocked rooms have all been reserved, contact us (HERE). We will attempt to free up more rooms at a preferred rate.
  4. Depending upon the number of participants over time, it is possible that rooms may not be available as part of our group blocks or at stated rates. ROOMS MAY BE AVAILABLE AT THE HOST HOTELS AT HIGHER RATES. In some cases, we will list alternate hotels nearby. Also, other lodgings for these locations may be available by accessing the link in the right-hand column below.
  5. If for any reason, should you wish to secure your own accommodation, we have provided "Other Hotel Resources" links in the right-hand column below.
