This is the only pic I have of the body.
It is a steel original Ford body, but it is an Aussie body. It has a rusty cowl around the cowl vent, but I have the complete upper cowl replacement section. I also have an American rear body section to convert it to an American body. The Aussie bodies had wood in the doors, so these doors need inner panels, the front ones are available from Brookville. It has the subrails and rear floor section. It does have a few smaller rusty sections, but for the most part it is a pretty solid body. I want 16,500$ for the body with the replacement cowl, the rear panel, a new repo steel dash and a firewall, I dont have any other parts available at this time.

I don't mean to insult you Duece, but is that price right, and if so, is that the going price for a phaeton body ? WOW.

Price is right, and it is an extremely rare body style. I'm sure Deuce Merchant or one of the PTP could enlighten us on production numbers. Too bad, as I'd love one. Its too ambitious a project for me at this time though. Hope it goes to a good home Kelly.

Kelly when did you find that hen over there to have teeth like that, or did it come from a rocking horse.
Looks a good thing and you would most likely get more than that for it out here. A lot of those bodies were shipped over there mainly by one guy from down south and back then he was making a killing selling them stateside. Good for you having something that rare, I'll tell Gary in Calgary about it but I think he really wants a Tudor. Cheers, John

It looks like 2705 phaetons total.
I dont know if this counts Aussie ones too? John I think I talked with you about this before, I got the car from Phil Hart over there, he shipped it over for me and I traded him a really nice 5 wnd with a ton of parts. He has been working on the 5wnd and it should be done soon. PS, I think the Phaeton is going to Chicago, Should have asked for more money, haha! Kelly

That's right you did tell me about that deal Kelly, Phill should do a nice job on the coupe. I was thinking of someone else who sent a lot of stuff your way.
I'm not sure about numbers of those things either. There were a few different looking 32's in Germany, but Hitler kept bombing them up, hahahaha Catch you, John
