For Base Coat Paint in your BASE/CLEAR paint jobs the date has been set at January in 2010 as when it will go water base for the base coat.......

Yeah, It doesn't sound good for the backyard painters like me, the new water based paints need heater fans to dry the paint? sounds hard to keep the dust to a minimum....
