YOM plates in Ontario

Wow,was checking out attaching a pair of 1935 Plates in great shape to ownership. Its now 250 bucks IF approved, must send plates and ownership to kingston? Vehicle has to b stock unaltered. So much for that idea🙈
 
Having a hard time getting a description of substantially modified ...called the ministry and they said..tires and rims don’t count..brakes can be updated. ..they said motor and transmission would be modified..but couldn’t say if it was a substantial modification....need some clarification on that one....not sure who to ask and where to get it in writing...
