registration in manitoba

hope someone can tell me the procedure to register my 27 t bucket.
it is not a kit car, it will all be hand made rat rod with original 27 ford parts. cant find anything online about the category this falls into.
 
Hi Chris. I'm not totally familiar with registering a home-built car here. You may want to contact Albert Chernecki (sp?) in Dauphin...he's built a number of cars and might have a better idea on what you'll need to do.
