Progress Update 4 - July 17 2020

Today, I installed the new software in a test environment and created an empty test database. Install seemed to fine. So far so good.

The next step in the process will be to attempt an import of a backup of this forum that I made in late June. Fingers crossed on that one.

I'm told it could take several hours to import and it should be monitored.

I'll report back after that critical step in the process.

When do you ever sleep Frank? Anything to do with software loading takes ages and must be monitored.

Gary, I do sleep...more or less....bad sleeper anyway.


I'll probably run the test import tomorrow morning (our morning that is)
