I have this NV4500 manual transmission from a 1997 gmc 1 ton that I will offer up here for $1000. It has the GM bellhousing, hydraulic throw out bearing and electronic speedo connection. This trans would have easily took the 500+ ft/lbs of torque from the Killer Caddy engine in out T-Coupe, however there is just no way I can get 3 pedals in there. Market value is 1200-1500, which is what I will advertise it elsewhere.
Please let me know if you are interested and need more info. 8C8ED156-D7C0-4DDB-8113-3940926589A1.jpeg

Greg: So, what's PLAN B ? You going to spend the $$ for a "Built" 4L80E ?? or just a built TH400?

I have the TH400…just need to freshen up and a torque converter…damn, 11” wide footwell with my big feet is the reason.
And buy a new floor Jack….lol

Greg: I dunno what gear you have in the diff, but with all that Caddy torque, and the weight of a T, you don't need to get silly with the gear ratio. Better to keep it tall, it will pull it, and it will also keep the hwy RPM down.
And regardless of ratio, the Cad will convert rubber into smoke at will:)

**Just tell folks it's a HYBRID, it burns gasoline AND rubber ! lol
