Always wanted to try these...my rims are aluminum..20 years old but only on road 3 times..very good shape...bought the mini ball and mother’s rim polish...first 2 rims came out very nice,,,third rim..not so shinny and the ball started to fall apart...4th rim the ball was putting so much black crap on the rims it was making everything worst and then the ball fell apart completely. Finished the last rim with a cloth and some elbow grease...rims were not bad at all and I really thought I should have been able to finish the four of them...if I had 2 of them would most likely have done the job but not at that price...would not buy again....just saying..
