Just did this little project. Its for a friend's Corvair. Started with a CAD design. ( cardboard aided) I made a little dolly for a sort of hammer form. Whatever you want to call it. I made a long patch for the back end of the wheel well, which he installed. The die is about 2 inches wide, and for this particular piece that goes around a sharp corner, I had to cut it down to about an inch wide so as to be able to use it going through the tighter curve of the opening.
