Here are a few shots of the Social Event of the Christmas Season in Victoria. Al Clarke prepared his famous Hot Rod Chile for the assembled Island rodders who were joined by a few notable guests from the Mainland. As is usual for social events that are reported here no fun was had by anyone at all.

In the foreground the new Highboy Al is building for himself and in the background Gus McTavish's flathead powered T under construction.
