Hello, I am new here. My name is Joe...Built locally in 1959-60 this 1950 Ford...Chopped, Nosed, Decked, shaved, louvers etc. Quad headlight, 57 Edsel taillights, to many mods to list! This was an extreme custom of its time, full of lead making it a true lead sled. A piece of Canadian Hot Rod history! Still has the original custom Tijuana white tuck and roll with gold piping in good shape! Split bumpers front and rear. Somebody painted it awful white and flames in the 80's but fortunately they left everything else alone! The floors have been replaced, glass and chrome all there. Comes with a new never installed upgraded Fat Man stock replacement front end. Currently has a 350 small block pulled from a good running truck in it. It needs finishing! Bring it back to its original show car look with the gold or just clean up the body, primer and drive as is. Comes with many extras including a 59 Caddy grill that would look great in it. Must sell due to wife, kid and house. Have ownership and transfer papers in hand. Located in Victoria. OBO. 250-686-7309. also just found this link on the H.A.M.B. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=47079&highlight=canadian+customs&page=5

I remember a car very simular to this parked at a house in the Langford area in the mid 60s. It was white then. Is it the same car?

This car was in Prince George in the late 70's and early 80's for several years then it went to 150 mile house for a while and I last saw it at Family Affair in Chilliwack in the late 80's........

Hey, never hold anything for anybody unless they can hand over some cash first! Good luck with the sale of your custom.
