Waterdown Ontario 2 day car show and swap meet......Took a bunch of pics today ...great weather and lots to see...Great to meet Piston broke and his dad (pics of his running flathead mobile engine stand are in the album)

Thanks for the tour....Some sweet rides and neat tin there. what was the '55 nomad like?

That Nomad has real potential.......It's all its money at $6,200 I'd say.....no interior and I dont think it had motor or trans....

Hey Mike nice pictures !, what did you think of my buddy's Phills 27 T roadster with the Canadian keg for an air filter ? We all tell him he has too much time on his hands .He has made up an other one that has is a German helment on top with a guys face with it's mouth wide open with the tounge sticking . this was all made with 20 gauge cold rolled .
Had a great time meeting old and new freinds .

The Nomad was a disaster. It would take an act of God and a pile of money to get it roadworthy. The entire roof was rusted through; all the way around the perimeter. I would think you could peel it off without too much effort. ...........and where would you find another one? The right rear quarter was about 1/2 inch think of bondo. The windshield was cracked but written on it was "Sure it's rusty, but it is a Nomad". It wasn't worth more than $1000.

Well, the weather was great!!!!! The people ( a lot from this site!!!) that stopped by were great!!! Met a lot of great people and put faces to names. I haven't had that good a time since Moes garage crawl in the winter!!!! It was a great to meet you as well shifter. Thanks for posting pic's of us in your album, looks like I missed a good car show!!!! Anyhow, I am wiped out from the travel and the weekend. Thanks again to all who stopped in to say hi and support us. Next stop, Odessa!!!!! See you all in a few weeks!!!!!! Thanks again!!!!

Ya Glad to have met ya Piston Broke. The meet was not too bad Nice warm weather ( except at night, A lttttle chillly) Next meet The Unfinished Nats in Paris. Maybe get to meet a few more of you guys. Talk at ya later Dean

Yes, it was good to meet you also ontariowestcoast. To bad I'm going to miss the unfinished nats in Paris Ontario, but I'm going to be south of the boarder doing some promoting for my own show next summer. I am planning on being at the Odessa swap meet the week after I get back. Hope to meet a lot more of you guys/girls there.
