Hi, I'm Marty from New Zealand.
I've just finished a '55 Plymouth 50s style mild custom, which I've currently put up for sale to fund my next project. I've got a sweet 59A motor and a front axle, and as soon as the Plymouth sells I'll be buying a Model A body and chassis to put them in.
I'm an old fart (60) but playing in several bands keeps me young
I've had 24 hotrods or customs over the decades, my first was in 1964, a Model T tourer on an A chassis with a 34 V8 motor, fenderless, topless, upholstery-less, muffler-less... today it'd be called a "rat-rod" :p

That is one nice lookin 55 Plymouth....it is just right....All you need is a hinge behind the front bumper with a cable attached so that the licence plate can be either up and hidden or down and legal......With the white bottom and the dark colour for the roof it make's the roof portion look smaller and the skirts give it the nice touch to go with the wheels.....and wide whites....

Cool looking ride Marty, when I lived in Cuzzy Bro land that was one car I always had a desire to own because it wasn't a Chevy and would be a nice thing with a Hemi or a 318 for that matter, what do you have for a power plant in that. Nicely done.

Hey Marty I'm wondering if you are over here for Wintersun and if you are maybe you'll be looking here on your lap top if you have one. If you are give me a phone call and I'll come and meet you. 0408 45 88 22 is my mobile number, my 33 is on the main stage at Seagulls where all the U.S and Swedish along with an Irish band are playing, if you do happen to go it is the little red 33 roadster in the Stardust Room. I just realised, the one in the top corner here.
I hope if you are here I'll hook up with you, I'll be down there Sunday after lunch and get my car out around 3.00 so that will still leave Sunday Night and Monday for some cruising. I'm working in my shed today but I'll be there tomorrow for sure.
Cheers, John
