Grill/radiator shell

I have a line on a '38 plymouth truck grill shell but have to remove it myself.
Its a 5 hour drive from here and need to make sure i have all the tools i need to remove it.
Any guidance on what i need and how long it might take.

battery powered cordless sawzall? shouldn't take more than about 5 min or so... I cut a WHOLE car up in about 30 min.....
