I just finished this stop motion video... man, my legs are feeling the 400+ pictures taken like this:

picture... pick up plate, take to bench, clamp, fold a bit, replace on floor, stand up, take picture, squat down to get plate.... repeat over 400 times.

thats friggin hilarious... we did alot of that kinda thing in school with the stop motion videos and editing and what not.... very tedious work for sure

Thanks for the comments guys! There are over 400 frames in the video, which represent four leg squats each - once to pick up the first plate, once to replace it... repeat for second plate. My legs are killing me!
