Decoding a Brake Drum

Anyone here that can break the code on this brake drum? Came off a 57 Ford car.

Does the 1128 mean they can be turned to that diameter, or is the max 11 inches plus .090" ?

that would be 11 inches plus 90 thou for MAXIMUM. The 1128 is just a casting number

AJ-1128 is the Ford part number.

Hopefully they will clean up, measure about 11.045 at the deapest scores.

Those drums are pricey.
