My mistake.
You cannot delete the thread, even if no one has posted to it.

Frank this should be an option for the Creator of the Thread to delete the Thread if no one has posted to it yet. Various reasons / situations can be given as to why a person would want to delete their Thread after creating it.
Thread was answered in another thread.
Stuck foot in mouth.
Had second thoughts.
Etc.
