How do I delete a post????

Is it not possible to add/have a 'delete' button added here so we have the option to delete our own posts? If there is one I couldn't find it but yet I see the original post is gone. ...very frusterating and time consuming.

Yup it is possible to delete....I just deleted the prior to this and it went..There is a little box to the left side to check mark and then click the delete that shows up..........You have to go to Edit first..........
