Early hemi carbs

Does anyone know if theres any compatability between early hemi wcfb's? Is the bolt pattern the same on the dodge as the chrysler? is it really just a matter of having to fab up some linkage to make it work or are these completely different animals? Just seems that theres a whole lot of chryslers out there and no dodges.
