disc brake conversion

Does anyone know off hand a conversion kit to put disc brakes on 38 ford spindles? I'm thinking about nova or camaro rotors and calipers. Or will the 11" brakes be too big for a model T?

Magnum Axle makes just such an animal. Uses 70-78 Camaro/Firebird rotors or 73-7 GM midsize rotors along with 78-85 GM G-body (Regal/Monte Carlo/malibu/Cutlass etc) or 82-4 Camaro/Firebird calipers. No rotor or spindle mods needed.
