I only have one ride. Sold the Anglia to Got_an_Anglia. I realized one ride for me is enough.
It is a 1950 Thames E83W 1/2 ton pick up. Only about 200 were imported to North America between 1950 and 1953. It was purchased new in Victoria in 1950 and I got it in 2003.
A few things it has:
cab stretched 7", wheelbase stretched from 90 to 102", Custom box built by me,4.3L chev with all the good parts, 4-71 BDS blower, turbo 400 c/w Gear Vendors under/overdrive, 9" ford, 3.55 gears with a locker. 11" discs all around, 15 x 14 rear and 15 x 4.5 Cragar S/S wheels now. I built the truck 95% by myself in my garage in 17 months and 8 days but who was counting.
Drove it 3000 miles last summer and am planning a trip from Calgary to Spokane and the off to Pleasanton CA and back up the coast hiway this summer as I have always wanted to see it.

I also share ownership with my old man on a 51 Ford Meteor that is a conehead car but will be slightly moded at a later date. One day the plans are to lower it, duals and keep the original running gear with the 3 on the tree.

PeterB next time I come over there can I have a ride around in the orange car;), hahahaha.

There are so many neat rides there, I don't need to put mine up because you most likely know what that looks like anyway.

N2Rodding that must be a 28 because there aren't any door handle unless you filled the holes where they were. 28's didn't have door handles on the outside and 29's did, well out here that was the case just a bit of usless information. The Camaro is a sweet looking thing as well, Roddess will enjoy cruising in that for the summer.

I have an old T roadster I built back in the 60's, drove it through the 70's and 80's and retired it in 1990. Maybe I'll revive it some day.

My main driver now is a red chopped 32 Ford 2 Dr. sedan.

My project car now is a 55 Ford Vicky 2 Dr. Hardtop.

My wife is getting concerned about me for next winter !
AS I will only have fiddley jobs she is wondering if I am going
to pester her to death !:)

So, anyone out there have a "decent" 41 to 48 Ford Coupe for Sale.
Can be a total stocker, but must have all stock trim. Flathead power
fine....or older rod that needs a redo. No, real rusty cars please !

Thanks:)

1949 f-47 (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i11/turbosprunt/101_0029.jpg?t=1257976484) to go on to f250 4x4 frame d60/d70 6.9 diesel with propane or turbo and a 5spd or C6.

1959 Ford Zephyr (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i11/turbosprunt/Zeph3.jpg?t=1257976713) (yeah it's an Import :p ), restore to stock condition, little work on the I6, maybe lower it a touch.

1960 Ford Comet (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i11/turbosprunt/60%20Comet/DSCF0096.jpg?t=1257976528), 289 or 302/AOD to replace the I6 and 2spd auto, 8" rear, 4wheel discs, repaint.

1959 Glasspar Delmar 16ft (http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i11/turbosprunt/Big%20Orange%20Boat/100_0557.jpg?t=1257976533), repaint from blaze orange to blue/white to match the Comet.

Plus a few opther projects that would cause more harm than good to mention on this board.

Should keep me outta trouble for a summer or two!

1972 International 3/4 ton pickup Camper Special with a '74 camper in it - good for weekends down by the river. We actually slept in it three times this past summer. It needs a few patch panels but runs good and is pretty solid.
1957 International 1/2 ton pickup A110 (long bed stepside). Bashed all to heck, frame cracked, brakes shot, but runs fine, purrs like a kitty - although the carburetor leaks a bit. Right now waiting for brake parts, then once the brakes are looked after the frame gets attention - if I can get the body off to get access to where the crack is.

I have a 57 Chevy pickup that I've owned for 22 years. 261 3 speed (with an S-10 5 speed redone and ready to go in). I also have a 57 Bel Air two door hardtop in a million pieces, a 56 Pontiac sedan delivery in a half million pieces, and a 51 Monarch that I used to drive, but it's been in storage now since '91. Anyone got 51 Monarch pieces?? Taillight housing driver's side?? And if I live long enough I have a 57 Handyman wagon and a couple 27 T tubs.

nice lookin' stable there 41chevcoe. is the roadster an older build?

The Roadster was built in 2000 by a retired aircraft engineer (72 years old then) in Port Angeles Washington. Still keep in touch with him. It is a Wescott body, TCI chassis, 350, 350, Ford 9 inch, full leather interior..............nothing that hasn't been done before, but a fun car:)

I seen it in a few magazines... one was sort of performance testing? in HotRod mag. is that correct Denise? I've admired the car since then! I quietly couldn't believe it when you started being a contributor here. Awesome car... and I like Rusty Olds too... I would just make that one driveable ( reliable) and drive it the way it is... maybe a diesel engine and a trailer to pull Big Olds to shows.... show them both?

Think it was Rod & Custom...they use to run a yearly "Ego-rama" where readers submitted rides for the competition, magazine short listed and the readers voted on the final 6 or 8 that would participate in the various trails to determine the overall winner and bragging rights.

Denise's Big Olds was picked one year.

Just an observation and not a criticism ................... the wheels look a bit small on the truck are they 14" or 15", have you thought about a larger rim size,
17" perhaps.
