Last week, Jean Fleming, wife of Ken, passed at the early age of 58. Ken and Jean, from Acton, Ontario did the entire tour last year with us in their '34 Sedan.

Only a few weeks ago, they were at Performance World with us with their car. At the funeral home yesterday, I was both happy and very sad to see the small Canadian Hot Rod Tour sign we had prepared for their car sitting on top of the casket. Jean will be missed.

Notice:
Jean Fleming,
Peacefully, to be with her Lord on Wednesday April 2nd, 2008 at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto. Jean, in her 59th year, beloved wife of Ken for the past 31 years. Loving step-mother of Mark Fleming and Kimberley Graham and their children. Loved daughter of Jessie and William Piper. Dear sister of Billy Piper (Pam). Dear aunt of Malcolm and Christine Piper. Loved daughter-in-law of William Fleming and the late Margaret Fleming.

Unfortunately obituaries are a part of the life of every family and that is true for ours as well. Ken our sincere condolences on your loss. We remember well our breakfast together in Brandon and Jean's anticipated trip to New Zealand with her choir. Margaret and I will hold the memory of a very classy lady.
