I was just asking about a set from Fastech on the southside. Cal was saying they could get some in, I'm not sure who makes them ( maybe Vintage Wheels ). Just asked him not more then a month ago but he was too busy to get me a price. Maybe give Cal a call and see if he can help ya out.

Hey Mike, thanks for the Tip. I contacted Wheel Vintques in Califorina and they suggested WHEEL MASTER from Calgary but I haven't called them yet. They also sell them on ebay through Summit Racing. The guy out in Stony Plain gave me a price on 4 NEW Coker rims & 4 new white tires I just about crap myself when I heard the price, at that price I could buy FOOSE 22" Nitro. "OUCH"

I'll call Cal & see what he can do for me. A friend of mine told me about a set of Bigs N' Littles with tires being sold on this site by someone in Saskatchewan but I looked for the posting and it's no longer there.

Chat to ya soon.

Matt

PS: No I have never been to Vegas, love to go but the time never comes up. I been trying to talk my wife into letting me go to LA for the Roadster Show on Fathers Day weekend but so far no word.

Sorry I was wrong about the company name ( vintage wheels ) It was Wheel Vintques. There is someone around Edmonton that sells the wheels your looking for, a friend from the Road Demons Car Club here is running some of the same wheels on his mint green 30-31 Model A.

Ya that's Steve's mint green rod, Wheel Vintques said they had no dealer in Edmonton only Wheel Master in Calgary. We see them up here at Powerama, they always have a display.

Most guys who know me, from my old car I sold in 2006. I use to run a black Pro Street 1960 El Camino with a dual quad setup.

As for my 50 Ford Business coupe, my brother has it and live in Sherwood Park and he's been a drivin fool ever since the summer.

Ya your right wrong key stroke 1969 and what the heck is BTW? "Big Titted White-Dude.

What class are you running in or are doing the Friday Bracket Racing thing. I have several clients that run up and down the track out there. I appraise most types of competition vehicles, professional & privately owned Top Fuel, funny cars, slammers and I do even roundy rounds.

Hey Mike, we are always looking for new judges for Powerama if your interested call me @ 909-3592. Last year we were short judges for Competition Class Vehicle. I started there a few years back and now I look after Engines & Undercarriages.

That elcamino used to be from brooks didn't it?
If not you had a twin...
I have the wheels and tires for sale that you were looking for on here.
They are 5x5.5 ford bolt pattern
7.50/16 & 6.00/16 Firestone wide white walls
16x4 & 16x4.5
I would like $1000 for them as they are brand new, mounted with tubes.
I'm in Swift Current SK though, not sure what shipping would be.

I normally ran on the Friday Streel legals, 3 years ago the Chevelle ran a 11.20 ( now i'm in the middle of a frame off rebuild ), 2 years ago I ran a Blown Charger SRT-8 for a best time of 12.91 and last year I ran my modded Blown Harley F-150 for a best 13.74. Should have to Chevelle back out for next year with the new motor and now a 200 shot of laughing gas.
My Harley truck for sure and hopefully my 50 Pontiac will be in Powerama this year. My problem is trying to find the time to hang out at the show, in past years I have always just dropped off my vehicles and just showed up for a half hour to an hour each day. Not sure if I could help out judging. I'll keep it in mind though.

BING BING BING BING - "That is correct". No twin here, it was built in Brooks by the John Bowman who owns the tire shop and then he sold it to the Snap On Rep from Brooks. I then bought it from him in 2003.

As for your wheels they are very cool but the bolt pattern I have is 5 on 4 1/2". The ones I posted (pictured) will fit both Ford & Chev 4 1/2" & 4 3/4". I had heard that someone in SK. on this site had a set for sale but they were not sure of the size being offered.

If you still haven't found some and you were interested I could separate my rims/tires. Just a thought. I'm sure we could work out an ok price. Or maybe trade for something?
If not you could check the place I got mine from
Vintage Tire Supply
George Boutilier
#113-19289-#10 Highway
Surrey, BC
V3S6K1
Phone: 604-574-4221
Fax: 604-574-4212
Email: itceric@telus.net
They weren't cheap either but I had a buddy coming this way from BC so I didn't pay for shipping.
Maybe another thought, I noticed when looking for parts for my new project that "classic bowtie connection" says they sell cokers, worth checking out as they are in Lacombe.
