Welcome Trevor, I've been waiting to see you drop in. I met Trevor when I was trying to find a replacement flathead for our Dodge project. His Merc pick up is Awesome,as is the ol Dodge truck he is building. (do need pics). Trevor, maybe my user name makes more sense now that you've been by the shop?

the front fender you have mocked up on your dodge is pretty wild...is that a stock piece?

Yes stock fender I think that style was used from 1925 through 1927 I may not use them as they are very tall they require a major sectioning otherwise they will endup about 2" above the tires, I haven't really got a complete plan for this rod yet, change my mind every couple of days

Welcome to the site Trevor, that is a mighty fine looking ride you have there, the good thing about building a rod as oposed to a resto is you can do whatever you like with the car so maybe just leave the fenders off.

Join on in here man and have some fun.

Cheers, John
