I just posted an event in the wrong spot, went to delete it and put it in the correct spot....click on edit, but I see no "delete" button........what am I missing here ?

i did the same thing , no del button so i just erased the tital and info and it went way.

Thnx..tried that, but it wouldn't let me save it because it "has less than 10 characters" in the message.
Looking at the FAQ it appears their "should" be a delete button...

Mike, there is an option to delete a post if it isn't the first post. I have discovered that there is programming change that can be made to allow for a post to be deleted if there are no replies yet. I'm looking into it.

To delete an Event, the Poster must"
Click on the event via the calendar
In the Event Options drop down box on the right, pick Edit Event
Under Delete Event , Click the box:
To delete this event, click this box and press the 'Delete Event' button.

Thanx Joyrider, but I wasn't trying to delete a calendar entry (that part is fine) ...I was trying to delete a message I had posted in "2008 Ontario events" when I should have posted in "General event area"
