Barrie fall swap meet / CR meet&greet??

Well, it looks like I am in the GOLD FIELD number 2D10 at this years Fall Barrie swap meet. I hope lots of people from this site will stop in and say hello. Infact I was wondering if there was any interest in a "meet & greet" on friday or saurday, maybe at the end of the day, or closer to the 4:00 time?? Why don't we post it up here, if your going and could make a meet & greet one on of those days around the 4:00 pm mark (3:00 might work to). It would be good to see a bunch of us together, get a little bench racing done.. What do you think????

I will be in the Brown field this Fall. Been in the Blue field for years but decided to move because I like to leave when I've had enough, not when Don says I can.
A meet & greet sounds great to me.:)

So that's two so far for a meet and greet. I only suggested the later times so things would be a bit slower in the tent, but if you folks would like to meet earlier that's fine to. Anyone else going??

Ya, it's turned into one of those "if you can't find it here" Meaning, you'll find everything here, including the used kitchen sink..... Even though, there still is some good finds. Hope you join us.

Well, it looks like Saturday is shaping up to be the day, if I have read all the posts right. It would be cool if we could get a crowd, like Moes garage crawl back in the winter, maybe with out the snow though... I don't need any of that stuff yet (or at all!!!) Maybe we could all go on a clean sock hunt!!! The person with the most "new" pairs of socks (must be clean)wins LOL. Seriously, hope to see lots of you folks there.

Might not be a bad idea to wear something recognizable such as one of the "Tour" shirts, CR cap or jacket. Just to make it easier to find each other.

Well, the swap meet weekend is coming up soon.Anyone else in for a meet and greet ???? Is Saturday still a go for those that have responded?? I've also been asked if we will be at the fall waterdown show. At this point I'm not sure if I can make it or not, but if there was an interest for a meet and greet there instead, I'll try harded to be available for there as well.

Well just three more sleeps till Barrie. I'll be watching for you guys on Saturday, say around four?? I would think closer to the end of the day would be better. It shouldn't be as busy then, and we can have a better chance to talk to each other then. Is that okay for everyone else??

Well, I count 9 people that are going to Barrie for sure and one who might need new socks. So maybe 10 people, that's preaty good!!! I'm packing all day today and will be setting up tomorrow morning. Hope to have good weather for the whole weekend,Saturday afternoon for sure.

This week end just happens to be the 60K wakl for breast cancer and my wife is involved with that so I'm stuck at home with my kid. :(

Guess I'll have to wait till my b-day or x-mas for new socks. :D
