Chassis model a frt rails with 34-35 ?? Ford rear rails , set up for sbc an auto.Lotsa chrome split wish bones ladder bars 60 - 64 olds /pont rear end 488 gears w/ locker bar , comes with spare axles and 336 gear pot with clutch type posi.chevelle disc brake on frts .

Actually i can only post one pic at a time so i guess I forgot to put more info . This is sposed to be an old Dizzy Dean car chassis a red an white roadster or highboy he brought up from the states . Some of the guys in ONDR think they might know the chassis . I,m talking to them about it right now .
I was thinking of taking it to Barrie flea market an putting 5 g,s or best offer . And see what happens . I,m not crushed for money so if it doesnt sell . I,m not gonna sell it for peanuts .
I think this chassis would be great period perfect under a late 60,s early 80,s style of rod build .
Its in Barrie 10 mins from 400 hwy and essa exit ..77.

77:D The Barrie flea market is north of Barrie off Hiway 11 and the 8th line of Oro. It is being held June 4,5,6,7 2009. :confused:
Also the frame for a Chev is strait from front to back and having a slight kick up on the rear .Originally as said it ran parallel leaf springs both front and rear . It appears the front horns were cut off .The front mounts were cast steel inserts ,and rivited in . The gas tank did have a cover which was structural to the frame as it was very heavy . It was a very light frame and if used in a rod application you must box the entire frame .It is very difficult to do because the frame edge is curved no doubt to increase edge strengh. There should be a serial number on the side rail driver side just below the door hinge. It will have a letter and 6 numbers corresponding to the last 7 digits of the serial number on the ownership.
