Went to the 15th annual show in Strathmore, about 45 KMs east of Calgary this morning. Sunny and hot. Approx 125 rides came in, with a good majority of them muscle. Very few rods. There were three other shows today in and around Calgary.
Pics of the more interesting rides follow:

Some of you should know this ride from last years west tour. It was grey with black fenders.

Now this was an very interesting combo. Owner has had this ride for 25 years. Its a Canadian 1954 Dodge Mayfair (114 inch WB VS US made Mayfair at 118 inch WB) with a flat 6. He was towing a trailer that converted into , yes, a tent and a boat.

The tent, poles and everything else fits inside, then the boat flips over to become the top.
The whole thing weighs 500 lbs.

That looks like you had a nice Day out OneBad56, That little trailer is a neat thing eh, someone spent some time designing that, real neat.
The pickup was the one that dropped a wheel near Cache Creek I think was the name of the town, Sqhd and myself went to town and picked up (well I just went along for the ride:D) the wheel studs while Davey Joe did his magic on the wheel studs, it's a trick little pickup.
Looks like a good show though and some nice weather, that always helps.
Thanks for the pics.
Cheers, John
