In Picasa, You will be logged in and on your home page.
If your not too techy it gets a bit complicated but can be done. Took me a few minutes to figure it out.

Just to the right of your picture, you will see "Link to this Photo>" click on it.

There will be an option "Select size" chose Large 800px Then where it has "HTML to embed in website" Right click with your mouse and click on copy.

Then paste that into your post new thread area on Canadian Rodder and remove some of the formatting, Leave what I put in bold and remove the red. Then you will need to put the image tags in the beginning and at the end
[ IMG ] <<< In front of HTTP
[ /IMG ] <<< At the end of .JPG
Don't forget to remove the spaces from the IMG tags.
